For the Association of Space Explorers Planetary Congress 2024, AVEX provided the audiovisual production for the congress at ESA-ESTEC in Noordwijk.
With an impressive LED screen, stage design, lighting, audio and video production, AVEX supported an event that brought together astronauts, scientists and international guests to share knowledge and experiences around space exploration and international collaboration.
The challenge
An audiovisual production worthy of an international congress
The Planetary Congress brings together astronauts, scientists and dignitaries from around the world.
For an event of this scale, the audiovisual production needed to support a professional presentation and create an engaging experience for both those attending in person and participants following the congress remotely.
The technology also needed to integrate seamlessly with the stage design and the overall look and feel of the event.

An integrated audiovisual solution for an impressive congress experience
AVEX delivered the complete audiovisual production for the congress.
At the centre of the stage was an 8 × 4.5 metre curved LED screen, displaying presentations and imagery from space in exceptional detail.
The Event Facilities team also provided the stage and lighting design, including integrated LED lines around the stage that enhanced the overall visual experience.
AVEX also provided all audio support, video production and camera direction, ensuring that every presentation and session could be professionally captured and broadcast.
